Q: How can I edit or cancel my order?

A: To modify or cancel your order, please note the following guidelines:

  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours of placement will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 12 to 24 hours after order placement will incur a 50% restocking fee.
  • We are unable to accept cancellations more than 24 hours after your order has been placed.

Q: What if my order is being sent to the wrong address?

A: Ensure your correct address is listed in your Modish Code account. To update, go to 'MY INFO' under your account, then navigate to 'ADDRESSES'. Here, you can modify or remove any outdated addresses. Please note, Modish Code is not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address and cannot change the address once the order has been processed.

Payment

Q: What are discount codes?

A: Discount codes are special codes applicable at checkout during sales. They may not be valid during site-wide sales, unless specified. Please note, discount codes cannot be altered or added post-order placement.

Q: Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?

A: Only one discount code is permitted per order and cannot be changed once the order is placed. Tip: If the discount applies to certain items, consider placing a separate order to use another discount code. Remember, standard shipping fees apply for each order.

Q: Why isn't my discount code working?

A: Discount codes are time-sensitive and may not be valid if expired. Additionally, they may not apply if your cart items don't meet the discount criteria.

Q: Can I get a discount code from customer service?

A: All available discount codes are on our website. Our Customer Service team does not provide additional codes.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Afterpay, Modish Code gift cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: What should I do about unrecognized charges on my credit card?

A: If you notice unrecognized Modish Code charges, contact our customer care immediately with your email, full name, transaction date, last 4 digits of the card used, and the total amount charged.

Gift Cards

Q: How can I purchase a Modish Code gift card?

A: Modish Code gift cards are available in various denominations. Note that no promotional discounts or offers apply to gift card purchases. They are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted once purchased. Gift cards cannot be added or removed from an order post-placement.

Q: Do gift cards expire?

A: Regular gift cards have no expiration date. However, promotional e-cards issued by Modish Code may have an expiration date, which will be communicated upon issuance.

Q: Can I refund or exchange my gift card?

A: Gift cards are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law.

Q: Can I apply a gift card to a past order?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot apply gift cards to orders after they have been placed.

Q: What if my gift card is lost or stolen?

A: Protect your gift card. In cases of loss or theft, Modish Code may, at its discretion, replace the card for its remaining balance, provided you have the original purchase receipt.

Q: What if my credit card payment is declined?

A: If your payment is unsuccessful or declined, you'll have the opportunity to try a different card or payment method. Unfortunately, Modish Code cannot provide specific reasons for payment declination; please contact your financial institution for details.
