Shipping Policy

At Modish Code, we’re dedicated to providing fast and reliable shipping services. While we aim to deliver your order promptly, occasional delays may occur due to external factors. Rest assured, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.


Modish Code Promise

If you do not receive your package within 25 business days of shipment, please contact us. You’ll receive a full refund, even if the package is already on its way. If the package arrives after the refund, it’s yours to keep—no returns necessary.


Ensuring Proper Delivery

To ensure your order arrives within the advertised timeframe:

  • Double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly, including abbreviations, street numbers, and apartment or suite numbers (if applicable).
  • We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to address errors at the time of purchase.

Special Notes:

  • PO Boxes: Orders shipped to PO Boxes will use USPS; expedited shipping is not available.
  • APOs & US Territories: Orders may experience delays.
  • International Orders: Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. By placing an order, you authorize Modish Code to appoint a customs broker on your behalf.

Flat Rate Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $7.99
  • Receiving Time: 7-17 business days (does not include processing time).
  • Formula: Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping delivery time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, including quality control, packing, and sorting.
  • During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Once an order is placed:

  • A tracking ID is generated and shared with you.
  • The status may remain as “PRE-SHIPMENT” or “Label Created” for up to 5 business days while awaiting distribution.

Shipping Delivery Time

  • Flat Rate Shipping: 5-12 business days to most destinations worldwide.
  • Tracking numbers are updated 1-2 days after the package has been shipped.
  • In rare cases, tracking updates may be delayed as the package is processed by the carrier.

Important Notes

  1. Shipping Zones: Certain territories and uninhabited islands are excluded.
  2. Delays: Delivery delays can occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen factors. Modish Code cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and will not issue refunds for delayed orders.
  3. Mishandled or Lost Packages: If your package is lost or mishandled by the carrier, contact us at customercare@modishcode.com.
  4. Customs Duties: Any taxes or duties imposed by your local government are your responsibility. Modish Code does not cover these charges.
  5. Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or major US holidays. Additionally, shipping may be delayed during the following Chinese Public Holidays due to the supplier's holiday vacation:
  • Lunar New Year (February)
  • Labor Day (May 1st)
  • National Day (October 1st)
    Please expect delays of 3-4 days or more during these periods.
