Return Policy

At Modish Code, we want to ensure your shopping experience is seamless. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s what you need to know about returning items:
Standard Returns
• Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).
• Refund Method: All eligible returns will be refunded to your original form of payment once the return is received and processed at our distribution center.
How to Package Your Return
• Return each order in a separate package.
• If multiple orders are combined in one return package, processing may take longer.
• Non-eligible items will not be refunded.
Processing Times
• Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after approval.
• Refunds to your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to reflect.
• If a gift card was used, the refund is credited back to the card immediately.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Bodysuits
• Accessories
• Shoes
• Swimwear & Lingerie
• Beauty Products
• Sale Items
How to Initiate a Return
• Contact Customer Care: Reach out to us at customercare@modishcode.com to request a return.
• Wait for Instructions: Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on where to send your return.
• Important Reminder: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Additional Notes
• We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages. Please retain your proof of postage or tracking number.
• Return drop-offs at our distribution center or corporate office are not accepted.
Order Cancellations
• Within 12 Hours: Eligible for a full refund.
• 12-24 Hours: A 50% restocking fee applies.
• After 24 Hours: Cancellation requests are not accepted.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases such as:
• Excessive or irregular return patterns indicative of "wardrobing."
• Items returned in worn, altered, laundered, or damaged condition.
• Fraudulent activity or policy abuse.
Non-Modish Code items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
